More About Me

BIO

I believe life is a journey not an obstacle, and I like to apply this same motto to real estate.

I grew up in San Antonio and graduated from the University of the Incarnate Word, receiving a B.A. in communication arts and psychology. The majority of my career spans over 12 years with Macy’s Inc. and Bloomingdale’s, where I held executive positions at multiple locations in San Antonio and the Southern California area. My biggest takeaway from the retail world—understanding & making client’s my number one priority regardless of how small or big the transaction.

After ten years in Los Angeles, I moved back to San Antonio close to my family who moved here in 1984. San Antonio is home and where I hosted the SA Teen Connection Show at Time Warner Cable, produced a weekly variety television show for the Iranian-American community, promoted dozens of special events and built an extensive and still existent network and knowledge of the “River City.”

My professional resume includes multiple industries, cities, and careers that speak to my versatility and ability to work across demographics. My key strength—people. During my free time, I am a proud co-founder and president to a local non-profit, MEHR Foundation, focusing on Iranian culture and arts.

Since the beginning of my real estate career, I have been a proud member of the JBGoodwin brokerage, where we take pride in helping people. While relocating more than four times in the Los Angeles area, I understand how hectic, tedious, important yet exciting choosing the right home can be. I look forward to meeting you in person and discussing your real estate endeavors.

Regards,

Mojgan JJ Panah
