Mojgan (JJ) launched her real estate career in 2016 and joined JBGoodwin Realtors from the start. During her time with the company she has been a member of the leadership team, serving on the Recruitment and Development Team and a Square One Onboarding Instructor for new agents. In May 2026 she took on a new role at JBGoodwin Realtors as Relocation Director. 

Before Real Estate, JJ spent twelve years in executive sales management at Macy’s Inc. and Bloomingdale’s in Southern California. In these roles, she led teams of over 75 sales associates and managed high-performing multi-million-dollar departments. Additionally, Mojgan spent five years overseeing the Special Services Department at Macy’s flagship store in South Coast Plaza, where she managed corporate sales, special events, and developed top-tier associates in Interior Design and Personal Shopper positions.

Originally from Iran, JJ immigrated to the United States with her family at the age of six as a political asylee. Growing up, she encountered the challenges of diaspora, exile, and stereotypes, as well as the hardships her family faced. These experiences shaped her resilience, determination, and trust in her family and intuition. As the youngest, she became the first of five siblings to graduate from college, earning a Bachelor's degree in Communication Arts with a minor in Psychology from the University of the Incarnate Word.

Mojgan is deeply involved in the Iranian-American community in San Antonio, a connection that dates back to her high school years. In 2018, she co-founded and spearheaded a nonprofit organization, the San Antonio Persian Cultural Society (Mehr Foundation), where she currently serves as president of the board. She is also the President of the Asian American Alliance of San Antonio, having served as Board Secretary in 2023 & 2024 and VP in 2025. Her passion for community stems from her love for community, and she is committed to supporting others who share the immigrant journey.

Her diverse career, spanning different industries and cities, showcases her adaptability and skill in connecting with people from all walks of life JJ is a strong advocate for building meaningful relationships, which she believes are key to both personal and professional fulfillment.

In 2026, JJ was awarded the JBGoodwin Realtors President's award for her achievements in Real Estate and her dedication to her community. She also serves on the San Antonio Zoning Commission as the Mayoral Appointee by Mayor Gina Ortiz Jones.

Beyond her professional achievements and nonprofit work, Mojgan is also an author, a co-producer of a film, and she produced a local variety show in San Antonio during the 1990s. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, reading, & savoring a good glass of wine.
